How do I invite my team, and which roles should I give?

Go to Admin → Settings → Members in the browser. You have two ways to add people:

• Invite a member: type an email address, choose a role and click Send invite. You can also copy the link and send it yourself. An invitation is valid for 14 days.
• Church link: one link, code and QR code for many people. Click Create link, then send it to your team or show it on screen. With Require approval on, you approve each person yourself.

The built-in roles, in short:

• Owner: full access. A church must have at least one.
• Administrator: full access except finance and handing over the church.
• Leader: plans services and edits songs, media, teams, the roster and the calendar.
• Musician: sees songs and plans, and can run the band click.
• Viewer: view only.

A good start is Leader for the worship leader, Musician for the band, and Viewer for other members. For people at the projector, use Leader or your own role.

If the built-in roles don't fit, go to Settings → Roles & permissions → New role and set what the role can do, module by module.

Until your church is verified, you can send 20 email invitations a day. The church link has no such limit.
