How do I add a songbook to our church?

The Owner or an Administrator adds songbooks in the browser:

1. Go to Music → Songs, Songbooks tab.
2. The Not added filter shows the songbooks you don't have yet.
3. Open a songbook and click Add to church.

The whole songbook is added at once, and all its songs appear in Songs. Nothing is copied. These are the same songs other churches use, so when a songbook gets a correction, it reaches you by itself. Songbook songs don't use your church's file storage.

A songbook marked Protected is under copyright. Click Request access, and the songbook's keeper decides. Until then you'll see Request sent, awaiting a decision. Once access is granted, click Add to church.

In the phone and tablet app, the same list is in the Songs tab under Songbooks. There you can also get the sheet music onto your device with Download scores for offline use.
