Why don't I see a menu item that others have?

The menu shows only what you can use. Check these in order:

1. Your role. Each menu item depends on your role's permissions. Finance, for example, needs its own permissions, and most roles don't have them. Ask your Owner or Administrator. They can see and change this in Admin → Settings → Roles & permissions.
2. A switched-off module. An administrator can turn modules off in Settings → General, Modules tab. A module that's off disappears from the menu for everyone, and its data stays.
3. The short menu. In Musician mode, the browser shows a short menu. Click Show all at the bottom of the menu.
4. 2FA. If your role can see sensitive data and you didn't turn on 2FA within 14 days, People, Finance and Church settings are locked. The bar at the top takes you to the setting, and access comes back right away.
5. The wrong church. If you belong to several, check which one is open: see Can I belong to several churches on one account?
6. The wrong app. Most church settings and modules are in the browser. The desktop app is for the presentation, and the phone app shows a smaller set.
