How do I export our data?

Yes, but it depends on the data. Here's what you can do yourself in the browser, and what we do for you.

Songs: on a song's page, the .cho button downloads ChordPro and PDF downloads a chord chart. There's one song per file. The browser has no button for the whole library yet, so write to us if you need it.

People: open a list in People → Directory, Lists tab, and click Export CSV. On a person's card, Export data downloads everything about that person as a JSON file. This takes the People: Manage permission.

Finance: reports and registers have an Export CSV button. See Reports, budget and annual donor statements.

Forms: a form's submissions have an Export CSV button.

CCLI: the CCLI report (CSV) is in Music → Songs, Stats tab. See Stats, history and the CCLI report.

Your own personal data: write to contact@worshippro.net from your account's address. The Privacy (GDPR) tab in Settings → General records a request, but its list has no download button yet.
