The person I need isn't on the list when I build a roster or add someone to a team

What happens

Two lists in the browser show only the first 50 people in your directory, sorted by last name:

• the — Person — list in the Assign section on a plan's Roster page,
• the list in the Members section on a team page.

They have no search and no way to load more. In a larger church, everyone further down the alphabet seems to be missing. The people are still there in People → Directory.

Who it affects

Churches with more than 50 people in the directory.

Workaround

Add the person to the team in the phone or tablet app:

1. Open Church → Teams and pick the team.
2. Tap Add person. This list has a search field.

Then put them on the roster in the browser:

1. Go to Planning → Schedule.
2. Find the person in the team list next to the table. It shows every member of the team.
3. Drag them onto the cell for that service and position.
4. Click Send invitations at the top of the service's column.

If that doesn't help

If you have no access to the app, ask someone who has Teams editing rights to add the person. If the person is missing from the team list on Schedule as well, report it.
