The serving request page shows a long code instead of a date, and the time looks wrong

What happens

On the page that opens from a serving request email, the When line shows raw data, for example 2026-11-08T09:00:00.000Z, instead of a normal date.

The time in it is in UTC, not your church's time. A 10:00 service in Poland shows 09:00 in winter and 08:00 in summer. So the time looks wrong even if you can read the code.

The service date and time in the plan are correct. Only this line is wrong.

Who it affects

Everyone who answers a serving request through the link, including people without an account.

Workaround

1. Take the date and time from the email itself. It shows them correctly, in your church's time.
2. Or look in My serving in the app or on worshippro.net.
3. Accept and Can't make it on the page work as they should, so you can answer there.

If you're a leader, it helps to tell new volunteers about this before their first request.

If that doesn't help

If the email shows a wrong time too, check the time zone in Settings → General → Profile. If that's right, report it.
