Can we run a service without internet?

Yes, if you prepare while you still have internet.

On the projector computer (desktop app):

• Sign in at least once with your email and password. Without internet you can only sign in to an account that has already signed in with a password on this computer. Signing in with Apple or Google doesn't make this possible.
• In Services, open the plan and click Prepare service. Look for Ready to work offline.
• Install a Bible: Settings → Bible & offline → Offline Bible → Get more translations → Install. On Linux, Settings is a single long page, so look for Offline Bible there.

On phones and tablets:

• Your church's songs and plans are saved in the app and work without a network.
• Download songbook sheet music ahead of time: in Songs, open Songbooks, pick a songbook and tap Download scores for offline use.
• The Bible works offline.
• The band click and following the presentation need internet.

Our advice: prepare the plan the day before and go through it once with Wi-Fi turned off. Then you know for sure.
