Three things help people stay with the Word during the week. The sermon archive keeps recordings and passages together. A live stream link brings people to your service from home. Reading plans give each person a daily portion of the Bible.

    The sermon archive

Planning → Sermons is open to every member, who sees published sermons. They can filter by series, preacher and Bible book, or search. Adding and changing sermons takes Service plans: Edit (e.g. Leader). Turning on the public archive takes Church settings: Manage.

    Add a sermon
    1. Click New sermon. Or, on a service plan page, click Add sermon: the service and date are filled in for you.
    2. Fill in Title and Date. Choose a Series and a Service if there is one.
    3. Under Preacher, choose Person from directory, Guest or Don't specify.
    4. In Scripture passages, type e.g. Rom 8:28-30; John 3:16. Separate passages with a semicolon.
    5. Paste a Recording link. YouTube and Spotify recordings play on the sermon page, and other links open in a new tab.
    6. Or add an Audio file with Upload audio file or Choose from Media.
    7. Add a Description if you like.
    8. Under Status, choose a draft (only people who edit plans see it) or Published — all members can see it.
    9. Click Add sermon.

Once a sermon is linked to a service, the plan page shows Sermon from this service.

Series at the top opens the list of series. New series takes a Name, a Description, the dates From and To, and Artwork. Deleting a series keeps its sermons in the archive.

    An outline with blanks

Outline for listeners in the sermon form lets you build a handout from blocks: Heading, Text, Blank and Passage. In a blank, type the text before it, the Answer and the text after it.

Listeners fill in the blanks in My notes on the sermon page. Once you want them to see the answers, tick Reveal answers in the sermon form and save.

    What listeners see
    • Today's sermon: a card on the Dashboard and in Sermons on the day of a published sermon.
    • Passages that open into the Bible text, and the player.
    • My notes: private notes saved as you type. Nobody at church can read them. You'll find them later under My sermon notes. They need an account linked to your card in the directory.
    A public archive

Someone with Church settings: Manage turns on Public sermon archive at the top of Sermons, and Open page shows the result. Then tick Show in the public archive on each sermon you want there. The address is /k/your-church/kazania, in this form in every language. Only published sermons with that box ticked appear, with the preacher's name. Nobody needs to sign in.

    A live stream

WorshipPro doesn't do the streaming itself. You stream on YouTube, Facebook or another service, and WorshipPro shows your people the link at the right moment.

    1. On a service plan, click Live stream (it needs Service plans: Edit). For a calendar event, open the saved event and find the Live stream section (it needs Calendar: Edit).
    2. Paste the Live stream link, starting with https://, and click Save.

The Live now banner appears on the Dashboard and in Sermons by itself, 15 minutes before the start and until 30 minutes after the end. Start now and End work right away, and you need them for an event with no set time. YouTube streams can be watched on the page with Watch here. Others open in their own service.

The banner is for signed-in members. To show the link on your public page, use the Live stream block: Your church website: pages and public address.

Adding lower thirds to your stream from the desktop app: Streaming: lower thirds for OBS, vMix and NDI.

    Sermons in the phone app

The Android app has Church → Sermons, with series, recordings, notes and the Live now banner. Adding sermons and setting streams stays in the browser. The App Store version for iPhone and iPad has no sermon screen, so use the browser there.

    Reading plans

A reading plan is personal. It belongs to your account and not to the church, so it stays with you if you change churches, and nobody else sees your progress. There are seven ready plans, from 21 days to a whole year. A church can't add its own.

In the browser: Mine → Reading plans. In the phone app: the Bible tab → Reading plans.

    1. Under Discover, pick a plan and click View plan.
    2. Set the Start date, or click Today or January 1, and click Start plan.
    3. Each day, click Read to open a passage, and Mark as read when you're done. Mark day as read ticks the whole day.

Fell behind? Catch up from day 5 (with your own number) takes you to the first unfinished day. In Plan settings you can Change date, Start over, or End plan, which deletes your progress.

Choose the Bible version in Text translation, and Make default keeps it for next time. The website shows versions available online. The apps can also read downloaded ones.

Progress syncs between the browser and the apps when you use the same account. On the website, plan names and descriptions are in Polish for now. The apps show them in English.
