The English desktop app gives pasted songs Polish part names
What happens
With the app in English, Detect verses and chords names song parts in Polish:
Zwrotka 1for Verse 1 andRefrenfor Chorus. Those names stay in the song and can appear on slides. Two smaller things also show up in Polish:
- A Bible translation the app can't identify shows Polish book names in the caption, such as
Rzymian 8:28for Romans 8:28. - On a Mac, the system questions about the microphone, the local network and automation are in Polish.
Who it affects
Anyone using the desktop app in English. The Polish interface isn't affected, and neither is the website.
Workaround
For songs:
- Open the song in Songs and go to its text.
- Change
Zwrotka 1toVerse 1,Zwrotka 2toVerse 2, andRefrentoChorus. - Save the song.
For Bible captions, use a translation the app knows, such as KJV or WEB.
For the Mac questions, the text means: the microphone is used to listen to the sermon on this computer, the local network is used to send lower thirds over NDI, and automation lets Keynote or PowerPoint save a presentation as a PDF. Answer them the usual way.
If that doesn't help
If you see Polish anywhere else in the English app, report it with the screen and the exact words.
