I forgot my password. What do I do?

In the browser:

1. On the sign-in page, click Forgot your password?
2. Enter your account's email address and click Send link.
3. Open the link from the email. It's valid for 1 hour. If the message doesn't arrive, check your Spam folder.
4. Type a New password of at least 10 characters, repeat it and click Change password.

In the phone and tablet app: enter your email on the sign-in screen and tap Forgot password?. The link comes by email, just as in the browser.

In the desktop app there's no such option, so set the new password in the browser. It then works in every app.

If you signed up with Apple or Google, your account may have no password at all. Just sign in the same way. You can add a password with the same link: see How do Apple and Google sign-in work with a password and 2FA?

Lost access to your 2FA app? On the code screen, choose Use a backup code. If you have no backup codes either, write to contact@worshippro.net from your account's address. Never post passwords or codes on the forum.
