What doesn't work yet

These aren't faults on your side, and no setting will change them. The feature either isn't connected yet or isn't in your version. If you see one of these, your account is fine.

    Sermon
    • Live translation. No translator is connected. Admin → Settings → General, tab Live translation, says “Translation is not connected yet”. If you try it anyway, phones get the sermon in its own language, with a language tag in front of each sentence, such as [uk]. Don't plan a service around it.
    • Sermons in other languages. Speech recognition and verse suggestions work on Polish speech only. A sermon in English won't give useful suggestions.
    Money
    • Przelewy24. Saving your access in Finance → Settings → Online payments ends with “The server has no encryption key set — production access cannot be saved.” You can't change this yourself, so please don't open a Przelewy24 account just for it.
    • The Give button on the public giving page. It takes no money. Read this topic before you share the page.
    • Giving in the apps. The iPhone, iPad and Android apps have no Give screen.
    • KSeF (Polish e-invoices). A token can't be saved: “Saving a token is unavailable: the server has no encryption key set.”
    • Fund transfer. It works between the four starting funds. With a fund you added yourself, it ends in an error.
    Messages and integrations
    • Text messages. Admin → Settings → General, tab Integrations, section Text messages, says “This server does not connect to the text message provider (demo mode)”, and an account can't be saved. Serving reminders set to a text message channel arrive by push or email instead.
    • AI suggestions. The same tab says “No AI provider”. Announcement drafts and plan proposals come from a heuristic over your church's history, not from an AI model.
    • Webhooks. Adding one ends with “Secure secret storage is not configured on the server yet.”
    • NIP lookup for Polish churches. Look up in GUS says “GUS lookup is unavailable — enter the details manually.” Type the NIP and REGON yourself.
    Moving from another program
    • Planning Center. The import page says “Demo mode: this server does not connect to Planning Center, so the import shows sample data (a few hymns, plans and teams).” Don't finish this import: it would add the sample data to your church.
    Desktop app
    • Linux is behind. Linux has 0.9.57, while Mac has 0.9.62 and Windows 0.9.61. On Linux, Settings isn't split into categories (General, About, Imports), there's no import for ProPresenter 7 .pro files, imported collections have no tabs of their own in Songs, and the current slide can scroll out of view when you move through a long song with the keyboard or a remote. Our guides describe the Mac and Windows version.
    • Signing in without internet. This works only for an account that has already signed in with its password on that computer. Apple and Google sign-in need internet. To be ready for a Sunday with no connection, set a password and sign in with it once while you're online.
    Android
    • QR codes. Where the iPhone shows a QR code, Android shows the code as text with Share.
    • Compressed sheet music. .mxl files don't open on Android. Use .musicxml.
