What WorshipPro can do today
WorshipPro keeps your songs, service plans, presentation and church people in one place, under one account. Here's what it does today, app by app, with a link to the guide for each part.
In the browser: worshippro.net
This is your church's home base. There's nothing to install.
- Songs and songbooks: shared songbooks you add with one click, your own songs, chords with transposition and capo, PDF sheet music as attachments, song history, the song form and chord variants. See Songs: songbooks, new songs and moving from another program and Church songbooks: your own sets of songs.
- Services and the roster: plans, templates, service types and a serving roster where people accept or decline. See Service plans and serving rosters.
- Your team: email invitations, a church link with a QR code, ready-made roles and your own. See Your team in WorshipPro: invitations, church link and roles.
- Moving in: importing songs from other programs, including OpenSong, OpenLP, EasyWorship, WorshipTools, ProPresenter and ChordPro files.
The desktop app: Mac, Windows and Linux
This is the presentation app. Linux is in beta, and new versions come to Mac first.
- The projector, a stage display for the musicians and an operator monitor.
- Songs, the Bible on screen, media and PDF, PowerPoint or Keynote presentations in your plan.
- A phone as a remote, and the text of the current slide on people's phones through a QR code.
- Lower thirds for OBS and vMix, and NDI.
- It works without internet if you prepare the service beforehand.
Start with The desktop app: installing and first launch and Sunday without internet.
iPhone, iPad and Android
The app is for musicians, leaders and members.
- Lyrics, chords and sheet music in one key, with transposition, capo and stage mode.
- Page turning with a Bluetooth pedal.
- The band click, following the leader and following the presentation.
- The Bible offline with reading plans.
- Your serving, your church's plans and, depending on your role, teams, the calendar and announcements.
More in The app for musicians: iPhone, iPad and Android.
Your church
These modules live in the browser, and an administrator can switch most of them on or off for your church.
- The people directory, with households, lists and care workflows.
- Groups, the calendar with room bookings, Sunday school and kids check-in.
- Sign-ups and forms, announcements by email and push notification, a sermon archive and your church's public page.
Finance
The Finance module is built for churches in Poland. It has funds and a chart of accounts, donors, donations, offerings counted by two people, bank statement import, budgets, reports and annual donor statements. Start with Finance: first steps for the treasurer.
