How do I get help?

1. Search the forum. Use the search at the top. Start with Guides, and if something isn't working, check Known issues.
2. Ask in Questions & help. Other users and our team read it. Say what you want to achieve, what you tried and on which device.
3. Report a bug in Bug reports. How to report a bug says what to include.
4. Suggest something in Ideas. Vote for what others have posted.
5. Write to us about private matters. For your account or your church's data, email contact@worshippro.net. We reply on business days, usually within 1–2 days.

The forum is public, so never post passwords, codes or other people's personal data there.

Think someone has access to your account, or found a security hole? Write to the same address straight away, with the subject "Security".
