Hi! This thread lists all the WorshipPro guides, from setting up your church to running a service at the projector. Each guide is its own thread, and you can read it in a few minutes. Pick the section that fits what you do and start at the top of it.

    WorshipPro in three places

    One account works everywhere:

    • worshippro.net in the browser — your church, people, team, songs, service plans, finances and settings. This is where you set up your church and invite people.
    • The desktop app (Mac, Windows, Linux) — the presentation: projector, stage display for the musicians, the Bible on screen, lower thirds for streaming. It also works without internet.
    • The iPhone, iPad and Android app — for musicians, leaders and members: lyrics, chords, sheet music, transposition, stage mode, the band click and your serving.
Setting up WorshipPro in your church
    1. Your account and a new church, step by step
    2. First church setup — a checklist
    3. Your team in WorshipPro: invitations, church link and roles
    4. Songs: songbooks, new songs and moving from another program
    5. Service plans and serving rosters
    You run the projector

    Start with these four:

    1. The desktop app: installing and first launch
    2. Screens: projector, stage display and operator monitor
    3. Preparing a service on the computer
    4. Running a service in Show

    Then, when you need them:

    1. Songs on screen: slide split, text size, form and quick fixes
    2. How slides look: themes and layout
    3. The Bible on screen
    4. Media, backgrounds and presentations (PDF, PowerPoint, Keynote)
    5. Stage display, messages and timers
    6. Phones in the room: text on phones, remote and leading the musicians
    7. Sermon: verse suggestions and captions
    8. Streaming: lower thirds for OBS, vMix and NDI
    9. Sunday without internet
    10. Importing from another program on the computer
    11. Keyboard shortcuts, pedals and clickers — cheat sheet
    12. Desktop app settings — what's where
    You play, sing or serve
    1. The app for musicians: iPhone, iPad and Android
    2. Band click and following the presentation
    3. My serving: responding and blockout dates

For your own account: Your profile, family, giving and notifications.

    You look after people
    1. The people directory: people, households, import and notes
    2. Lists, care workflows and automations
    3. Groups: leaders, meetings, attendance and what members see
    4. Calendar and room bookings
    5. Kids check-in and Sunday school
    6. Sign-ups and forms
    7. Announcements and notifications: what reaches whom
    8. Sermons, live streams and reading plans
    9. Your church website: pages and public address
    You look after the money
    1. Finance: first steps for the treasurer
    2. Donors, collections and counting with two people
    3. Giving page and QR codes: what works today
    4. Reports, budget and annual donor statements
    You administer the church
    1. Security and privacy: 2FA, people's data and backups
    2. Church songbooks: your own sets of songs
    3. Stats, history and the CCLI report
    4. Integrations: API tokens, connected apps, calendars and overlays
    5. Church verification: why it exists and what it unlocks
    When something doesn't work

More practical advice is in Tips & workflows. Common questions are in Questions & help, and you can ask your own there.

    How to read the guides
    • Words in bold are the names of buttons and fields, exactly as you see them in the app.
    • An arrow → means the next step, e.g. Settings → Screens.
    • Keyboard shortcuts are given for Mac. On Windows and Linux, press Ctrl instead of ⌘ and Alt instead of ⌥.
    • The guides describe the version from late October 2026 (desktop app 0.9.62 on Mac, 0.9.61 on Windows). If something looks different for you, let us know and we'll fix it.
