Support and contact
This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Polish version (Pomoc i kontakt) is the legally binding one; in case of any discrepancy, the Polish version prevails.

How to report a bug
To help us help you quickly, please include in your message:
- what you wanted to do and what happened (and what should have happened),
- what you are using: the iPhone or iPad app (model and system version, e.g. iPad Air, iPadOS 26), a browser, or a computer,
- your account email address and the name of your church, if the problem concerns data in a church,
- a screenshot or a short recording, if you can.
Frequently asked questions
I forgot my password
In the app, enter your account email address on the sign-in screen and tap Forgot your password? (Nie pamiętasz hasła? in the Polish interface). In a browser, open Reset password. We will send you a link to set a new password — it is valid for 1 hour. Please also check your Spam folder.
I did not receive the address confirmation email
Check your Spam and Promotions folders. In the app, tap Resend link (Wyślij link ponownie in the Polish interface); in a browser, sign in with your email and password and choose Resend link. The link works for a limited time — if it has expired, send a new one.
How do I join my church?
Ask your church's administrator in WorshipPro to send an invitation to your email address. After clicking the link in the invitation and signing in, you will see your church's songs and plans.
Does the app work offline?
Some features do — e.g. the Bible and sheet music downloaded to the device. Signing in, syncing songs and plans, and live team collaboration require an internet connection.
Is my data safe? What if the server goes down?
Your data is on a server in Poland (in the European Union), and connections to it are encrypted. Every night we make an encrypted backup of the whole database and all files. Even after a serious outage, you would lose at most the changes from the last day, and we will have the service running again within 4 hours. More: Security and backups. To see whether everything is working and when the latest backup was made, check the Service status page.
How do I delete my account?
In the iPhone and iPad app: Settings → Account → Delete account (Ustawienia → Konto → „Usuń konto” in the Polish interface). Details and other options: Deleting your account.

Moving from another program
How do I move from WorshipTools?
You can move songs, services (with singing history) and PDF sheet music on a computer in a few minutes, without giving us your WorshipTools password. Step-by-step guide: Move from WorshipTools.
Text on phones and live translation
Both features are started in the desktop presentation app (version 0.9.36 or later).
How do I switch on "Text on phones"?
In the desktop app, in the Main screen section, switch on Text on phones. A room code and a QR code appear. Before the service you can show the QR code on the whole screen ("Show QR on the main screen") or keep a small code in the corner of the slides ("Small QR in the corner"). The room code stays the same for a given computer, so you can also print the QR code.
What does a person in the hall see?
They scan the QR code with their phone and a page opens in the browser — no account and no app to install. They see the text of the current slide: a song or a Scripture passage. If the song has a translation, they can choose their language. They can also change the text size and switch between a light and a dark look. These choices are kept only on their phone. A person in the hall sends nothing except the choice of language.
How do I switch on live translation of the sermon?
- Church administrator (once): on worshippro.net open Settings → Live translation and switch the feature on. It is off by default, and a church can switch it on once it has been verified.
- The person running the presentation (during the service): in the desktop app open the Sermon tab, switch on Translate live and choose the languages — up to four at a time from: Ukrainian, English, Polish, German, Russian, Spanish.
- Listeners read the translation on their phones through the same QR code, so "Text on phones" has to be on.
- You can also show the captions to everyone: Captions on the main screen (two lines at the bottom of the screen) and Captions on the stream (in the livestream). You choose the language and the size for each.
The translation appears sentence by sentence, a few seconds behind the speaker. If the settings show the message "Translation is not connected yet", captions are shown in the language of the sermon.
What is the glossary for?
In Settings → Live translation you can enter words that should always be translated the same way: names, the name of your church, names of ministries, phrases used in your church. Separately for each language, up to 100 terms. An empty translation field means "leave unchanged".
How much translation is there per month?
10 hours of speech per month for each church. What counts is the time of translated speech, however many languages. Once the limit is used up, captions are shown in the language of the sermon until the end of the month. The counter resets on the first day of the month; you can see the usage in the settings.
What is sent and what do we store?
Speech is turned into text on the church's computer — the sound stays in the hall. Only the text of the sentences reaches the server. It is translated by an external provider (Anthropic, the Claude model), which receives the sentence, up to three previous sentences and the glossary — without the name of the church and without anyone's personal data. We do not store the text of the sermon; we keep only a counter of time. More: Security · Subprocessors.
Chord variants
What is a chord variant?
The chords a song has in your church's songbook are the Original. Next to them you can keep other chords for the same song — chord variants, e.g. "Full chords" for an experienced band, "Simple" for beginners or your own richer chords. A variant changes only what musicians see: chords, charts and the charts PDF. Slides on the projector, text on phones, the Lyrics view and the song itself always come from the Original.
Team and Mine
- Team — the whole church sees the variant. Anyone with permission to edit songs can add and change it.
- Mine — only you see the variant. Share with the team gives the team a copy, and yours stays yours. Make my copy turns a team variant into your own copy.
How do I add a variant?
On worshippro.net open the song and the Chord variants tab:
- Copy the original and edit — change the chords in the song editor, with a preview and transposition,
- Paste or import — paste chords over lyrics, ChordPro or text from Ultimate Guitar, or choose a file (.cho, .chordpro, .pro, .txt, OnSong). Before saving you can see whether the lyrics match the Original.
The song itself and its slides stay as they are.
My default (★)
The star next to a variant means My default — this variant always opens for you, on every device. Without a star you get the variant the leader chose in the plan, and if there is none — the Original. You can also deliberately choose the Original.
A team variant for one service
Whoever edits the plan picks Team variant for this service next to the song in the plan's charts, e.g. "Full chords" for this Sunday. Your My default wins over the leader's choice. Transposition, capo and the song form work on a variant just as on the Original.
"The original has newer text"
When someone corrects the lyrics of the Original, the variant shows The original has newer text. The variant does not change by itself — check it and fix the lyrics in the variant editor.
Where do variants work?
You add and choose variants on worshippro.net: on the song page, in the musician view (Chords) and in the plan's charts. A downloaded charts PDF has your variant and its name in the page header. The iPhone, iPad and desktop apps show the Original for now.
Calendar in Google, Apple and Outlook
How do I add the WorshipPro calendar to Google Calendar?
On worshippro.net open Calendar and click "Subscribe" ("Subskrybuj"), then "Create my calendar link" ("Utwórz adres mojego kalendarza"). You will see your personal calendar: your serving and church events. Click "Add to Google Calendar" ("Dodaj do Google Calendar") and confirm "Add". You can also copy the link and in Google Calendar on a computer choose "Other calendars" → "+" → "From URL". In the iPhone and iPad app you add the same calendar in the Calendar section with "Subscribe in Calendar" ("Subskrybuj w Kalendarzu").
Apple and Outlook
- iPhone, iPad, Mac: click "Apple Calendar" ("Apple Kalendarz") and confirm "Subscribe". Or on iPhone: Settings → Apps → Calendar → Calendar Accounts → Add Account → Other → "Add Subscribed Calendar" and paste the link.
- Outlook (on the web, outlook.com or Microsoft 365): Calendar → "Add calendar" → "Subscribe from web", paste the link and click "Import".
Why don't I see a new event in Google yet?
Google refreshes subscribed calendars on its own, every few to several hours, and this cannot be sped up. Sync is one-way: you change events in WorshipPro, and changes made in Google Calendar do not come back to WorshipPro. A deleted event disappears from Google at the next refresh.
A calendar for the whole church or a team
A church administrator creates a calendar for the whole church or for one team in Calendar → "Rooms & resources" → "iCal feeds" ("Kalendarz → Sale i zasoby → Kanały iCal") — one link for everyone, e.g. for the church website. Each feed has an "Add to Google Calendar" button.
Is the calendar link safe?
The link works without signing in, so treat it like a password and do not publish your personal link. If it gets into the wrong hands, choose "Change link" ("Zmień adres") in the "Subscribe" window — the old one stops working immediately and you need to add the calendar again. The calendar contains only events and your serving, without other people's contact details.
