One account instead of a stack of apps

Many churches run Sunday on three separate products: Planning Center Services for planning and scheduling, ProPresenter for the screens and OnSong for chord charts on iPad. They are excellent tools. Here is how WorshipPro approaches the same work differently — and where the established tools are still ahead.

What you need	Typical stack	WorshipPro
Service planning and team scheduling	Planning Center Services	Included — plans, templates, schedules, confirmations by link
Lyrics on screen and stage display	ProPresenter	Included — desktop app for Mac, Windows and Linux
Chord charts on iPad	OnSong	Included — lyrics, chords and an iReal-style chord grid
Song library	A separate copy in each app	One ChordPro library shared by every app
Four-part SATB sheet music and score editor	A separate notation app	Included on iPad, with piano keyboard and MIDI input
Rehearsal accompaniment	A separate backing-track app	Included on iPad — piano, bass, drums and strings
Directory, kids check-in, giving records	Other products or add-ons	Included on the web

Where the established tools are ahead

Years of polish, large user communities and plenty of training material
CCLI SongSelect integration and automatic usage reporting
English-first mobile apps with years of App Store history
Connections to stage and broadcast hardware, such as NDI and SDI outputs or MIDI control

Where WorshipPro is different

Everything shares one song library and one plan, so nothing is copied between apps
Sheet music, a score editor and a band to rehearse with are part of the product
In English and Polish, with international (B, F#m) or European (H, fis) chord notation
Hosted in the EU under the GDPR, with no ads or tracking

Switch gradually

You don't have to move everything at once. Import your songs from OpenLP, OpenSong, SongSelect, ChordPro or ProPresenter 7, start with the song library and service plans, and add presentation when you're ready.
