- How do you measure church size?
- By average weekly attendance at services: adults and children, across all service locations — usually the same number you'd give for a CCLI license. A church administrator declares it at checkout and confirms it at least once a year, at renewal. We don't count musicians, volunteers or people in your directory.
- What if our church grows?
- The price never changes during a paid period. You update your size band at renewal. We announce price changes at least 30 days in advance.
- How can we pay?
- In Poland: BLIK, bank transfer or card via Przelewy24, with a VAT invoice. Elsewhere: by card; if an intermediary (reseller) processes the payment, we'll name it at checkout — it then issues the invoice or receipt and handles taxes. Monthly or annually — a year costs the same as 10 months.
- Can we cancel?
- Yes. Within 14 days of your first payment we refund the full amount, no questions asked. After that you can turn off renewal at any time, and Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.
- What happens to our data if Pro ends?
- We delete nothing. Your church moves back to the Free plan: data from Pro features stays available to view and export, and your files and accounts are kept.
- Do we buy Pro in the mobile app?
- No. A church administrator orders Pro on worshippro.net. The iPhone, iPad and Android apps show Pro features once your church has it.
- We're planting a new church — is there a discount?
- New church plants can ask for an individual offer (for example a year of Pro at no charge) — write to us at contact@worshippro.net. Such offers aren't part of the price list.
- Does the price include song and Bible licenses?
- No. Pro doesn't include licenses to project songs or copyrighted Bible translations — your church holds those itself (e.g. CCLI), and WorshipPro helps you prepare the CCLI report. Online payments for events and giving go to your church's own payment account (in Poland today: Przelewy24); WorshipPro takes no commission on them.
