WorshipPro Terms of Service

Version 1.0 · Effective date: September 23, 2026

This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Polish version (Regulamin świadczenia usługi WorshipPro) is the legally binding one; in case of any discrepancy, the Polish version prevails.

These terms of service (the "Terms") set out the rules for providing by electronic means the WorshipPro service — a tool for churches and worship teams, available as a web application at worshippro.net, an app for iPhone and iPad, and a desktop app. These Terms are the terms and conditions referred to in Article 8 of the Polish Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means.

1. Definitions

  • Operator — the entity providing the service, identified in section 2.
  • Service — WorshipPro: the applications and API made available by the Operator.
  • User — a natural person who has created an account in the Service.
  • Church — a church, congregation, parish, community or other organization that a User has created in the Service or to which a User has been invited.
  • Church Administrator — a User with the owner or administrator role in a Church.
  • Content — data entered into the Service by Users and Churches: songs, sheet music, plans, media, membership records and other data.

2. Operator

  • Name: ELEVATION SYSTEMS — Emanuel Trzcionkowski
  • Address: ul. Raciborska 104B, 44-210 Rybnik, Polska
  • NIP (tax ID): 6423114582, REGON (business registry number): 521321287
  • Email: contact@worshippro.net
  • Phone: +48 786 833 736 (formal matters only; technical support by email)
  • Website: worshippro.net

3. Scope of the Service

3.1. The Service includes, among other things: a song library with lyrics, chords and sheet music, service and ministry planning, presentation on screen and on team members' devices, the Bible and reading plans, and — for Churches — membership records, groups, events, Sunday school and accounting.

3.2. Fees. Using the Service currently requires no fees, and there are no ads in the Service. If the Operator introduces paid features, it will announce their scope and prices in advance through a change of the Terms (section 12); the Operator will not charge a User or a Church any fee without their express consent.

3.3. The Operator may apply technical limits that protect the infrastructure, in particular a maximum size of a single file and a total file storage quota per Church (currently 10 GB).

3.4. Technical requirements: an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled, or an iPhone or iPad with an up-to-date version of iOS/iPadOS, or a computer with the WorshipPro app — and internet access. Some app features also work offline.

4. Account and conclusion of the agreement

4.1. The agreement for the provision of the Service is concluded when an account is created — with an email address and password (after the address is confirmed) or via "Sign in with Apple" or "Sign in with Google". By creating an account, the User accepts the Terms and confirms having read the Privacy Policy.

4.2. A person aged 13 or over may create an account on their own. For a child under 13, the account is created or approved by a parent or guardian, who is responsible for its use.

4.3. The User provides truthful information, protects their password and does not share the account with other people. The Operator recommends enabling two-factor authentication.

4.4. Creating a Church additionally requires accepting the Terms and the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) on behalf of the Church. The person creating a Church declares that they are authorized to do so.

4.5. The agreement is concluded for an indefinite period.

5. Obligations of the User and the Church

5.1. The User uses the Service in accordance with the law, the Terms and good practice. In particular, the following is prohibited:

  • entering content that is unlawful, offensive or infringes the rights of third parties,
  • attempting to circumvent security measures or to gain access to other Churches' data, vulnerability scanning and attacks on the infrastructure,
  • using the Service to send spam,
  • automated retrieval of data from the Service beyond the features made available.

5.2. Copyright in songs. Song lyrics, melodies, arrangements and sheet music may be protected by copyright. The User and the Church are responsible for entering, displaying, printing and sharing songs lawfully — in particular under appropriate licenses (e.g. CCLI) or with the consent of the rights holders. The Operator does not grant licenses to works entered by Users.

5.3. The Church, as the controller of the data of persons entered in its membership records (members, guests, children, donors and others), ensures a legal basis for processing their data and fulfills its information obligations towards them. Details are set out in the DPA.

5.4. Church Administrators assign roles and permissions to other Users and are responsible for who has access to the Church's data.

6. Content and intellectual property

6.1. The User and the Church retain their rights to their Content. The Operator uses it only to the extent necessary to provide the Service (storage, display, synchronization between devices, sharing with the people to whom the User or the Church makes it available).

6.2. Content created within a Church belongs to the Church and remains in it even after its author's account is deleted.

6.3. The rights to the Service (software, design, logo, documentation) belong to the Operator. The User receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for the duration of the agreement.

7. Availability of the Service

7.1. The Operator makes efforts to ensure that the Service operates without interruption, but does not guarantee its continuous availability. The Operator tries to carry out planned maintenance during the hours of lowest traffic.

7.2. The Operator may develop and change the features of the Service. The Operator gives advance notice of changes that materially restrict the available features.

7.3. The User and the Church should keep their own copies of important Content — the Service allows exporting, among other things, songs and the data of persons in the membership records.

8. Liability

8.1. The Service is provided "as is". The Operator is not responsible for Content entered by Users and Churches or for the way they use it.

8.2. The Operator is not liable for damage resulting from interruptions in the operation of the Service not caused by the Operator's fault, force majeure, failures of infrastructure providers or actions of third parties, nor for lost profits.

8.3. The limitations in sections 8.1–8.2 do not apply to damage caused intentionally or to liability that cannot be limited under mandatory provisions of law, in particular towards consumers.

9. Termination of the agreement and deletion of the account

9.1. The User may stop using the Service at any time by deleting their account — in the iPhone and iPad app via Settings → Account → Delete account (Ustawienia → Konto → „Usuń konto” in the Polish interface), or by writing to contact@worshippro.net. Details: Deleting your account.

9.2. Before deleting their account, the only owner or administrator of a Church hands over that role to another person or — if the Church is to stop using the Service — contacts the Operator regarding deletion or export of the Church's data.

9.3. The Operator may block or delete an account that violates the Terms or threatens the security of the Service, after first calling on the User to stop the violation, unless the violation is flagrant. The Operator may also stop providing the Service, giving at least 30 days' notice and enabling data export.

10. Personal data

The rules for processing personal data are described in the Privacy Policy. The processing of data entered by a Church is governed by the Data Processing Agreement (DPA), which forms an integral part of the Terms for Churches. List of subprocessors: Subprocessors.

11. Complaints

11.1. Complaints concerning the Service may be submitted to contact@worshippro.net. It is helpful to include the account email address, a description of the problem and the date it occurred.

11.2. The Operator handles a complaint within 14 days of receiving it and replies to the email address from which it was sent.

11.3. A consumer may use out-of-court complaint handling and redress procedures, e.g. the assistance of a municipal or district consumer ombudsman.

12. Changes to the Terms

12.1. The Operator may change the Terms for important reasons, in particular changes in the law, changes to the features of the Service or changes of subprocessors.

12.2. The Operator notifies Users of changes by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. A User who does not accept the changes may delete their account before that date. A change to the Terms or the DPA may require renewed acceptance by the Church Administrator.

13. Final provisions

13.1. The Terms are governed by Polish law. For consumers, this does not exclude the protection afforded to them by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country of their habitual residence.

13.2. Disputes with Users who are not consumers are resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Operator's registered place of business; disputes with consumers — by the court having jurisdiction under general rules.

13.3. Matters not governed by the Terms are subject to the Polish Civil Code, the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means, the Consumer Rights Act and the GDPR.
