WorshipPro Terms of Service
Version 1.1 · Effective date: November 20, 2026
This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Polish version (Regulamin świadczenia usługi WorshipPro (od 20 listopada 2026)) is the legally binding one; in case of any discrepancy, the Polish version prevails.
This version of the Terms takes effect on November 20, 2026. Until then, the current Terms apply. The main changes: the Free plan and the paid Pro plan for Churches (Pricing), and the rules for payment, renewal, refunds and withdrawal (sections 3.2–3.12).
These terms of service (the "Terms") set out the rules for providing by electronic means the WorshipPro service — a tool for churches and worship teams, available as a web application at worshippro.net, an app for iPhone and iPad, an app for Android and a desktop app. These Terms are the terms and conditions referred to in Article 8 of the Polish Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means.

3. The Service, plans and payments
3.1. The Service includes, among other things: a song library with lyrics, chords and sheet music, service and ministry planning, presentation on screen and on team members' devices, the Bible and reading plans, and — for Churches — membership records, groups, events, Sunday school and accounting.
3.2. Plans. A Church uses the Service on the Free plan or on the Pro plan. The Free plan is free of charge and includes, among other things, the song library, service plans, basic scheduling, presentation and the Bible — with the limits stated in the Pricing (in particular the number of accounts in the Church and file storage). The Pro plan is paid and adds the features and higher limits stated in the Pricing. A User account is free of charge; fees apply only to a Church's Pro plan. There are no ads in the Service.
3.3. Prices. The Pricing states the prices of the Pro plan in Polish zloty (PLN), euro (EUR), pounds sterling (GBP) and US dollars (USD). Prices in PLN are net prices, to which VAT is added at the applicable rate (currently 23%); the Pricing also shows the gross price next to them. Prices in EUR and GBP include VAT. Prices in USD do not include sales tax, which — where due — is added at checkout according to the Church's location. The Operator does not charge any fee without an order placed by a Church Administrator.
3.4. Church size. The price of the Pro plan depends on the band of the Church's average weekly attendance at services (adults and children, across all service locations), which the Church Administrator declares when ordering and confirms at least once a year, at renewal. The band changes only from the next Billing period and only after the Church Administrator confirms it. The Operator may ask for the declaration to be updated if data in the Service indicate a clearly larger Church. The price does not change during a paid Billing period.
3.5. Ordering. The Pro plan is ordered by a Church Administrator on the worshippro.net website, providing the Church's name and billing details. The Pro plan cannot be purchased in the iPhone, iPad and Android apps — the apps make Pro features available when the Church has an active Pro plan. The agreement for the Pro plan is concluded when the order is paid, and the Pro plan is active once the payment is received.
3.6. Payments. The Pro plan is paid in advance for a month or a year; the annual price equals ten monthly prices. Payments in PLN are processed by PayPro S.A., based in Poznań, Poland (Przelewy24), including by BLIK, bank transfer and card. Payments in other currencies may be processed by an intermediary named at checkout that acts as the seller (reseller), issues the sales document and handles taxes — in that case the order is also subject to its terms, which the Church Administrator is shown before paying, and the intermediary issues the sales document. Where the Operator is the seller (payments in PLN), the Operator issues the invoice electronically (including through the Polish National e-Invoicing System, KSeF, where the law requires it) and sends it to the email address given in the order.
3.7. Renewal. The Pro plan is extended for the next Billing period once that period is paid: automatically, if the Church Administrator has chosen recurring payment, or by paying through a link that the Operator sends at least 7 days before the end of the period. The Church Administrator gives separate consent to recurring payment when ordering, and the order sets its frequency and amount in accordance with the Pricing. Before each automatic annual charge, before the first charge after a period at no charge, and before any charge in a changed amount, the Operator emails the Church Administrator the amount and date of the charge at least 7 days in advance. The Church Administrator may turn off recurring payment at any time — in the Church settings or by writing to contact@worshippro.net; turning it off takes effect at the end of the paid period.
3.8. 14-day refund. Within 14 days of the first payment for the Pro plan, a Church may cancel it without giving a reason and receive a full refund — a message to contact@worshippro.net is enough. The Operator refunds the money within 14 days of receiving the message, using the same payment method unless the parties agree on another. The rights of consumers and of sole traders treated as consumers under mandatory provisions of law, including the right to withdraw from a distance contract, remain unaffected.
3.9. Right of withdrawal. A consumer, and a natural person running a business who concludes a contract directly related to that business but not of a professional nature for them (Article 38a of the Polish Consumer Rights Act), may withdraw from the Pro plan agreement without giving a reason within 14 days of its conclusion (section 3.5) — this also applies to an agreement extended by paying through a link (section 3.7). A statement sent to contact@worshippro.net is enough; the model form at the end of these Terms may be used. The Operator promptly confirms receipt of the statement by email and refunds the full amount paid within 14 days, using the same payment method, at no cost to the person withdrawing.
3.10. End of the Pro plan. When the Pro plan expires or is turned off, the Church moves to the Free plan. The Operator does not delete any Content for this reason: data from Pro features remain available to view and export, files above the Free plan limit are kept (without the ability to add new ones), and accounts above the Free plan limit remain active (without the ability to invite new people).
3.11. Price changes. The Operator notifies the Church Administrator of a price change by email at least 30 days in advance. The new price applies from the first Billing period starting after that date; until then the Church Administrator may turn off renewal. Special terms described in the Pricing apply to the extent and for the time stated there. Churches created in the Service before this version of the Terms takes effect (founding Churches) have the Pro plan at no charge until December 31, 2027; if by March 31, 2028 they order the Pro plan with annual billing, they pay 50% of the price in the Pricing for as long as they renew it annually without a break. A change of prices in the Pricing does not withdraw a discount already granted.
3.12. Technical limits. The Operator may apply technical limits that protect the infrastructure, in particular a maximum size of a single file. The total file storage of a Church depends on its plan and is stated in the Pricing.
3.13. Technical requirements: an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled, an iPhone or iPad with an up-to-date version of iOS/iPadOS, a phone or tablet with an up-to-date version of Android, or a computer with the WorshipPro app — and internet access. Some app features also work offline.
4. Account and conclusion of the agreement
4.1. The agreement for the provision of the Service is concluded when an account is created — with an email address and password (after the address is confirmed) or via "Sign in with Apple" or "Sign in with Google". By creating an account, the User accepts the Terms and confirms having read the Privacy Policy.
4.2. A person aged 13 or over may create an account on their own. For a child under 13, the account is created or approved by a parent or guardian, who is responsible for its use.
4.3. The User provides truthful information, protects their password and does not share the account with other people. The Operator recommends enabling two-factor authentication.
4.4. Creating a Church additionally requires accepting the Terms and the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) on behalf of the Church. The person creating a Church declares that they are authorized to do so.
4.5. The agreement for the provision of the Service is concluded for an indefinite period. The agreement for the Pro plan is concluded for the paid Billing period and is extended in accordance with section 3.7.
5. Obligations of the User and the Church
5.1. The User uses the Service in accordance with the law, the Terms and good practice. In particular, the following is prohibited:
- entering content that is unlawful, offensive or infringes the rights of third parties,
- attempting to circumvent security measures or to gain access to other Churches' data, vulnerability scanning and attacks on the infrastructure,
- using the Service to send spam,
- automated retrieval of data from the Service beyond the features made available,
- circumventing plan limits, in particular by splitting one Church into several to avoid a fee.
5.2. Copyright in songs. Song lyrics, melodies, arrangements and sheet music may be protected by copyright. The User and the Church are responsible for entering, displaying, printing and sharing songs lawfully — in particular under appropriate licenses (e.g. CCLI) or with the consent of the rights holders. The Operator does not grant licenses to works entered by Users, and the fee for the Pro plan does not include a license to musical works or Bible translations.
5.3. The Church, as the controller of the data of persons entered in its membership records (members, guests, children, donors and others), ensures a legal basis for processing their data and fulfills its information obligations towards them. Details are set out in the DPA.
5.4. Church Administrators assign roles and permissions to other Users and are responsible for who has access to the Church's data.
6. Content and intellectual property
6.1. The User and the Church retain their rights to their Content. The Operator uses it only to the extent necessary to provide the Service (storage, display, synchronization between devices, sharing with the people to whom the User or the Church makes it available).
6.2. Content created within a Church belongs to the Church and remains in it even after its author's account is deleted.
6.3. The rights to the Service (software, design, logo, documentation) belong to the Operator. The User receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for the duration of the agreement.
7. Availability of the Service
7.1. The Operator makes efforts to ensure that the Service operates without interruption, but does not guarantee its continuous availability. The Operator tries to carry out planned maintenance during the hours of lowest traffic.
7.2. The Operator may develop and change the features of the Service. The Operator gives advance notice of changes that materially restrict the available features. The features of a paid Pro plan are not restricted during the Billing period.
7.3. The User and the Church should keep their own copies of important Content — the Service allows exporting, among other things, songs and the data of persons in the membership records.
8. Liability
8.1. For Users and Churches that are neither consumers nor businesses treated as consumers, the Service is provided "as is". The Operator is not responsible for Content entered by Users and Churches or for the way they use it.
8.2. The Operator is not liable for damage resulting from interruptions in the operation of the Service not caused by the Operator's fault, force majeure, failures of infrastructure providers or actions of third parties, nor for lost profits.
8.3. The limitations in sections 8.1–8.2 do not apply to consumers and businesses treated as consumers, to damage caused intentionally, or to liability that cannot be limited under mandatory provisions of law.
9. Termination of the agreement and deletion of the account
9.1. The User may stop using the Service at any time by deleting their account — in the iPhone and iPad app via Settings → Account → Delete account (Ustawienia → Konto → „Usuń konto” in the Polish interface), or by writing to contact@worshippro.net. Details: Deleting your account.
9.2. Before deleting their account, the only owner or administrator of a Church hands over that role to another person or — if the Church is to stop using the Service — contacts the Operator regarding deletion or export of the Church's data.
9.3. The Operator may block or delete an account that violates the Terms or threatens the security of the Service, after first calling on the User to stop the violation, unless the violation is flagrant. The Operator may also stop providing the Service, giving at least 30 days' notice and enabling data export.
9.4. Deleting a Church or stopping using the Service during a paid Billing period does not give a right to a refund for that period, subject to sections 3.8–3.9 and mandatory provisions of law. If the Operator stops providing the Service (section 9.3), it refunds a proportional part of the fee for the unused part of the Billing period.
10. Personal data
The rules for processing personal data are described in the Privacy Policy. The processing of data entered by a Church is governed by the Data Processing Agreement (DPA), which forms an integral part of the Terms for Churches. List of subprocessors: Subprocessors.
11. Complaints
11.1. Complaints concerning the Service, including payments for the Pro plan, may be submitted to contact@worshippro.net. It is helpful to include the account email address, the Church's name, a description of the problem and the date it occurred.
11.2. The Operator handles a complaint within 14 days of receiving it and replies to the email address from which it was sent.
11.3. Towards consumers and businesses treated as consumers, the Operator is liable for the conformity of the Service, including the Pro plan, with the contract under Articles 43h–43q of the Polish Consumer Rights Act. In case of non-conformity, they may demand that the Service be brought into conformity and, in the cases provided for in that Act, a price reduction, or withdraw from the contract.
11.4. A consumer may use out-of-court complaint handling and redress procedures, e.g. the assistance of a municipal or district consumer ombudsman.
12. Changes to the Terms
12.1. The Operator may change the Terms for important reasons, in particular changes in the law, changes to the features of the Service or changes of subprocessors.
12.2. The Operator notifies Users of changes by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. A User who does not accept the changes may delete their account before that date, and a Church may turn off renewal of the Pro plan. A change to the Terms or the DPA may require renewed acceptance by the Church Administrator. Price changes are governed by section 3.11.
13. Final provisions
13.1. The Terms are governed by Polish law. For consumers, this does not exclude the protection afforded to them by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country of their habitual residence.
13.2. Disputes with Users who are not consumers are resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Operator's registered place of business; disputes with consumers — by the court having jurisdiction under general rules.
13.3. Matters not governed by the Terms are subject to the Polish Civil Code, the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means, the Consumer Rights Act and the GDPR.
